French 75 Cocktail
The French 75 is one of my favorite Champagne cocktails. To be honest, I don’t usually make it with actual Champage, like Veuve Clicquot, but a dry sparkling wine like prosecco or cava. Otherwise, because I love Champagne just as it is, I would never make this cocktail. Plus, you save money. Win all around.
